- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a very poor experience with Castle street florist. I paid $54 all up to have flowers sent to my mother in-law. They looked nothing like the website flowers. The colours were completely different and so were the flowers. The box they came in was fluorescent pink, so tacky, and didnt go with the bouquet. I chose the Tropicana deluxe and the flowers they sent were all dark maroons and dark foliage instead of the bright cerise pink, lime green, red and orange shown on the website. When I complained I was merely challenged instead of apologised too. They said that giving a bad review was unfair because they had sent them to the right address on the right day!!!!
