- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Nothing good to say about Marshall Eaton. They are cowboys with little regard for their clients. They have lied to me countless times concerning the completion of my property and have blatantly broken the terms of our contract. I appreciate projects overrun, however 6 months after the completion date the place is still a building site. I have sought legal advice and will be reporting this to their warranty holder in order to resolve the issues. I have spoken with other residents at the property who are all experiencing similar issues, and have also spoken to a number of contractors on site who advised they are one of they worst companies theyve worked for.
